Meili Thun honey is a rare monofloral masterpiece that represents the harmony between bees and mankind.

  • Wild Carrot (Daucus Carota) is a common wild flower Italy that goes by the name of Queen Anne's Lace. 
  • Bees produce a honey from the attractive flowers that is light amber in color and smoothly crystallized. 
  • This honey exhibits a pleasing mouth feel and complex flavors of spicy caramel with a hint of walnut and licorice.
  • All Mieli Thun honeys are from Quintessenza - a kind of "Cru", that is obtained just from the heart of the blossom.
  • Rich orange color, with complex layers of fruit and flower flavors.
