Poggio del Farro grows farro under strict organic conditions. After hand harvesting is complete, the grain is pearled (semi-hulled) and packed at the farm. High in anti-oxidants and vitamins, this is a perfect alternative when you want something with texture.  Use Farro with stews, meats and vegetables.
