What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
  If you package arrives damaged please follow these instructions:
KEEP ALL OF THE PACKING MATERIALS
PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGED BOX AND MERCHANDISE
CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY WITH PHOTOS SO THAT WE CAN FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.

As soon as we have what we need, we will ship out a replacement product.

What are your shipping policies?
  Shipping is never refunded unless your item is damaged in transit or lost. Please verify any address you provide with your purchase.
If your package is going to an address that differs from your billing address, a signature may be requested.
A signature is required for all gifts over $100
All orders over $100 are shipped with a signature required unless you request otherwise.
At times we may choose alternate carriers in order to expedite your delivery.
Please contact customer service for more information on shipping, or if you have any special shipping requests.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
