This beautiful hand crafted Almond nougat on wafers
is a rarely seen Venetian sweet. The best quality ingredients
is one of the secrets of the product. Made in limited quantities.

Since 1919 this traditional and special process (impossible when 
Mandorlato and Torrone is industrially made), makes this special Venetian treat
crumbly and immediately recognizable because of its characteristic
mousse like consistency and its slightly amber color.
The wafer used is certified gluten free, and this all natural treat
is absolutely preservative, coloring and additive free.

The Scaldaferro Marco Torronificio produces in limited quantities a special nougat with the for the true connoisseur.  It contains over 50% of IGP hazelnut from Piemonte, prized for its high content of oil (70%) which gives the dough a particular color and intensity of fragrance. 30% Italian Rosemary monofloral honey is worked in gently so as not to affect the valuable nutritional value.  The nougat is cooked only when the moon is waxing, in order to enhance the whipping of the egg white albumen. A real special treat for the connoisseur of international sweets.
