This beautiful hand crafted Mandorlato (nougat) on wafers
is a typical Venetian sweet. The best quality ingredients
is one of the secrets of the product. 

Since 1919 this traditional and special process (impossible when 
Mandorlato is industrially made), makes this special Venetian treat
crumbly and immediately recognizable because of its characteristic
mousse like consistency and its slightly amber color.
The wafer used is certified gluten free, and this all natural treat
is absolutely preservative, coloring and additive free.

Product Features

  • 5 types of monofloral honey - one of which is the "barena" honey, a rare salted honey from the Venetian lagoon - are gently blended together.
  • Premium Italian Almonds are selected then slow roasted to perfection
  • Fresh egg whites are whipped then added to the mixture then baked for 12 hours
  • Beautifully packaged in a Gondola shaped box
  • Completely hand made in Donato, Venice - Marco Scaldaferro Torronoficio
