Prepared with an excellent olive oil from the olive mill De Carlo and carefully selected spices, these tomatoes have a texture somewhere between freshly picked tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve as part of a tapasl selection, or use in quiches, tarts, salads, or serve with grilled meat.
